No. I build them from public information before we ever talk. If you don't want them, they simply expire.

Who owns the site?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, and if you ever leave I hand over the files.

What does the domain cost?

$20/yr for a .com, registered in your name. A .com in your name, with DNS, SSL and email forwarding set up by me. Already own a domain? I connect it at no charge.

Will it work on phones?

Mobile-first: designed for phones first, tested at phone, tablet and desktop widths. Most of your visitors are on a phone, so that is where we start.

How fast is "live in days"?

Storefront sites usually go live within a week of getting your corrections. Local Pro takes about two.

What if something's wrong on the designs?

Expected. I only use what's public, so I fix hours, photos and wording on the call or by email.

What does the care plan cover?

Hosting, edits, hours changes and uptime watching, so the site never goes stale. Cancel any month.
